2. Shipping Charges
• There are no shipping charges based on our current policies.
• However, if you need to exchange a game, additional charges may apply.
3. Order Processing
• To rent a game, you must book the game and make payment through the available payment methods.
• After payment confirmation, you will receive access to the game within 1-2 hours.
4. Return Policy
• Returns are only accepted with a valid reason, subject to review by our team.
• If a customer has played and completed the game within the rental period and wishes to exchange it, the return policy does not apply.
• Refunds will be processed on the same day upon confirmation of a valid reason.
• You may exchange a game within 24 hours if you are not satisfied. After this period, exchanges are only permitted if a valid reason is provided.
5. Incorrect or Wrong Item
• If you receive an incorrect product, you can exchange it immediately by contacting us via WhatsApp.
• Once confirmed, you will receive the correct item within 1-2 hours.
