    • After completing the payment on our website, we verify the order and payment on our backend.
    • Once confirmed, our team will provide you with the login details.
    • All game deliveries are virtual.
    • We provide login access via a QR code, which appears when we add a user to our PlayStation system through the “Get Started” method.

  3. Rental Duration and Access
    • Access to the rented game is provided within 1-2 hours of payment confirmation.
    • The rental duration for each game is specified on the product page.
    • Access will be revoked at the end of the rental period.

  4. Pricing and Charges
    • Prices for game rentals are displayed on the website and are subject to change.
    • There are currently no shipping charges.
    • If you need to exchange a game, additional charges may apply.

  5. Return and Exchange Policy
    • Returns are only accepted with a valid reason, subject to review by our team.
    • If a customer has played and completed the game within the rental period and wishes to exchange it, the return policy does not apply.
    • Refunds will be processed on the same day upon confirmation of a valid reason.
    • You may exchange a game within 24 hours if you are not satisfied. After this period, exchanges are only permitted if a valid reason is provided.

    • Once confirmed, you will receive the correct item within 1-2 hours.

    • Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of credentials may lead to termination of access without a refund.
